Cloé is a breath of fresh air. She is naturally generous, genuine, and authentic. The USC is very likely my favorite of 2020. It’s probably THE concept that clearly shows why leaders struggle to elevate their strategic level to achieve both personal leadership fulfillment and team development. Such a great find! I have worked with Cloé twice. The first time, to gain her support in maximizing my strategic thinking. The second time, because I needed her to be seen as a leader within the company. Her approach has enabled me to acquire the tools needed to be able to self-coach. So today, it’s a bit like having my own coach inside me at all times.

Through her approach, Cloé has enabled me to develop my coaching stance with my team, which is now more engaged in achieving our goals. I attended the workshop “Developing Your Strategic Leadership Posture” by o2Coaching. The coach, Cloé Caron, delivered the content in a highly interactive manner, regularly inviting us to participate in discussions, including identifying our USC, a concept I had never heard before. It will definitely change how I see my role as a leader in the future and how I focus at the right level!

The “Empower Your Team” Program allowed our management team to reflect on our leader-coach approach. This program, combining access to online resources with group and individual coaching, is rich in learning opportunities.
